We are happy to announce and share our testnet with our community coming up on the 1st of July.
The purpose of this testnet is to identify bugs and it’s an important step that allows the team to get more feedback about the user experience and test the first phase of the AdaSwap DEX which has been built on Milkomeda. Milkomeda works to enhance cross-blockchain interoperability, connectivity, and developer attraction at the Layer 2 level.
Cardano is at the beginning of its booming DeFi Ecosystem. Our testnet is the perfect opportunity to put the current Cardano parameters under load so we can assess performance and further raise these limits. This is how the AdaSwap fam will be able to get involved:
-Once the testnet goes live, we will drop more details on the faucet so you guys can grab a set of play tokens
-Using MetaMask, swap these play tokens around
-Provide your feedback to us about your experience and what you would like to see in the future
-Finally, if you are a developer on another project, we invite you to create a pool for your project’s test tokens and play around with that experience as well!
We’re excited to pass this milestone both as a project and in the Cardano community. We hope the community gets involved with this opportunity for some great rewards and prizes.
